RJC Certified

In 2025, we are honored to announce that APOGÉE has officially been certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

The RJC is an international non-profit organization dedicated to establishing responsible business practices and sustainability standards for the global jewelry and watch industry. Earning this certification signifies that every step of APOGÉE’s process—from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and sales—strictly adheres to the RJC’s principles on human rights, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical conduct.
It reaffirms the trustworthiness of our product quality and reflects our strong commitment to sustainability.

Supply Chain Responsibility and Commitment to SMETA Audits

We have long valued corporate social responsibility and sustainable supply chain management, and we continue to strengthen our operational management in accordance with international standards.

In alignment with the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) standards, we implement relevant requirements covering labor rights, health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics, and use these standards as an important reference for internal management and continuous improvement.

Through the ongoing implementation of the SMETA framework and our supplier management mechanisms, we are committed to enhancing supply chain transparency, reducing operational risks, and building trusted partnerships with sustainable long-term value.

Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Assessment

To ensure our supply chain meets expectations for responsible business conduct, we continue to review the reasonableness and traceability of raw material sources each year and conduct regular annual evaluations and due diligence on key suppliers.

This year, we assessed two major suppliers and confirmed that they comply with applicable laws and relevant requirements in key areas of fundamental labor rights, including the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, lawful working conditions, working hours and wages, and employee grievance and communication mechanisms.

We also evaluated suppliers’ implementation of social responsibility training, working environment and occupational safety and health, fire safety management, certification management for high-risk operations personnel, and operational controls for chemicals, waste, and emergency response, and confirmed whether they have undergone other social responsibility audits.

Overall assessment results indicate that all assessed suppliers meet our supplier management and social responsibility requirements.
